The scope of this notice
Fursemble is a local costume-project workbench. This notice explains how its project records, preparation sheets and optional external actions work. It describes the supplied version of the app, not an event-registration service.

What you put into a project
A project can contain a name, character direction, brief, colours, component names, material quantities, units, stages and notes. These are used to display your workbench and calculate material groupings on your device.

Local saving
The working project, saved projects, bounded undo history and interface preference are kept in the app’s private Android storage. There is no Fursemble account or remote project database in this version.

Component and material records
A component belongs to its project. Saving an alternative creates separate component identities. Material totals are derived from recorded quantities and compatible units; they are not transmitted as an order or purchase.

Notes and personal information
You decide what to write. Avoid unnecessary information about other people. Normal preparation sheets omit private component and project notes; the preview lets you explicitly choose whether to include them.

Images and creative briefs
Illustrations and starter briefs are bundled app content. They do not identify real convention attendees or create a registration. Production image generation is separate from app use; your projects are not sent to an image service by Fursemble.

Device permissions
The app does not request Internet, location, microphone, camera, contacts or broad storage access. A file destination is requested only through Android’s document picker after you select an export.

Accounts, analytics and adverts
Fursemble has no sign-in, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or remote crash-reporting connection. This describes the app itself; the Android system and other apps have their own practices.

Preparation-sheet exports
A text sheet includes the project’s brief, selected components and material totals. Private notes are included only when selected in the preview. You choose the file destination and may cancel without changing the saved project.

Image and project exports
An outfit-board PNG contains the drawn composition and project name. A JSON project file includes the selected project’s editable fields and notes. A document provider may store or sync those files under its own settings.

Email, phone and website links
The contact buttons open the corresponding external handler. They do not submit costume plans, buy materials, send email, place a call or book an event. No project is automatically attached.

Other providers
When you use a browser, mail app, dialer or document provider, that provider handles information you give it. Review its own choices and policies. Local deletion in Fursemble does not recall information already sent through another app.

Backup and moving devices
Automatic Android backup and device-transfer rules are disabled for Fursemble working data. Before uninstalling or moving devices, keep any project exports you need. User-managed system backups can have separate behaviour.

Retention and deletion
Projects stay locally until removed, app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. A delete confirmation concerns the selected local project. Earlier exports remain in their chosen locations.

Protecting stored work
Android app-private storage provides an operating-system boundary. Fursemble does not promise separate encryption of its project JSON. Protect your device and exported copies. Unreadable stored data is retained for recovery rather than silently discarded.

Your controls and audience
You can edit, duplicate, remove or export your work and reduce interface motion. Fursemble is for people planning original creative costumes; it does not request age or a child profile. A parent or guardian should help a young user decide what to export or send externally.

Companion website and future changes
The supplied companion pages are static. If hosted online, the hosting provider may receive technical request information such as an IP address or access log. The app does not upload projects to those pages. New app features or data flows should be reflected in a revised policy.
